Please join us for our Annual Holiday Dinner. This will be a buffet catered by Oakwood Smokehouse. See the menu below. BYOB.

ENTERTAINMENT will be provided by Amee Reese Automatic Duo.

This will be a MEMBERS ONLY event.

TABLES: Round tables of 8 maximum will be used for this evening. If you have more than 8, the excess will be assigned to a different table.

TICKETS: ORDER TICKETS from now until Dec 5: Call Joanne Gregory at (352) 259-8838 to order your tickets. When you place your order, Joanne will arrange a time and place for you to get your tickets.

(No tickets after Dec 5 nor at the door)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: When you purchase your tickets, we will need names for each person for whom you are purchasing a ticket. You may pay with cash or a check payable to BSC (Belvedere Social Club).

FOOD:
Meat: Pulled Pork, Sliced Beef, or Smoked Chicken
Sides: Green Beans, Baked Beans, New Potatoes, Bread & Butter
Salad: Ranch or Viniagrette Dressing
Dessert: Blackberry or Peach Cobbler

DOOR PRIZES:
Your tickets will be collected at the door and used to draw names for a bunch of fabulous door prizes. So be sure to bring your ticket and make sure your name is on it.

Food: Olive Garden buffet including:

  • Choice of pasta: spaghetti or fettuccine.
  • Choice of sauce: marinara, meat sauce, or Alfredo.
  • Choice of meat: pulled chicken, meatballs, or Italian sausage
  • Salad
  • Bread sticks

BYOB. Club will also provide decaf coffee, hot tea & water.

Admission: $15 per person, guests $17 per guest (with guest id and member).

ORDER TICKETS by February 7:  Call Joanne Gregory at (352) 259-8838 to order your tickets. When you place your order, Joanne will arrange a time and place for you to get your tickets. Choices will be (1) pickup at the mail station, (2) pickup at Joannes’ house, or (3) delivered to your home. More information on ticket ordering and sales here.

We have 65 new people on the email list so tickets will go quickly. Don’t wait to order your tickets.

You may also buy your 2019 annual membership at $5 per person. Memberships run from Jan 1 to Dec 31. More information on membership here.

Tables:  There will be 12 people per table. This is a change from past seating arrangements. Seats will be assigned when tickets ordered.  If you wish to sit together as a group, please order your tickets at the same time. (Tickets not available after February 7 nor at the door.)

Fifty-Fifty raffle will be held.

Reminder: As always, to participate in any event your annual membership dues of $5.00 per person must be paid. Membership is from January through December.

Poker Run: Starts at Pimlico Rec Center at 3:00 pm. Ends at the last station at 5:00 pm. In the event of inclement weather, we will skip the outside portion of the poker run and meet at Laurel Manor at 6:00 pm to issue poker hands.

Food: Laurel Manor at 6:00 pm. Little Bits Dinner Box: Ham/Turkey/Cheese wrap, brownie, bag of chips.  Club will provide coffee, iced tea & water.

Admission:  $10 per person, guests $12 per person (with guest id and member). Admission includes poker hand form. Extra poker hand forms $2 each.

Ticket Sales:
Buy tickets in person: on the front porch of Pimlico Recreation Center on Thursday, May 7th and Saturday, May 9th, 10:00 – 11:00am.
Buy remotely: If you are going to be out of town during ticket sale times, call John Blamphin, 259-5865, by May 9th to get your tickets.
