One Woman Show

Food: BYOB and snacks for your table. Club will provide decaf coffee, tea, & water.
Admission: $5 per person, guests $7 per guest (with guest id and member).
ORDER TICKETS by October 7. Call Joanne Gregory at (352) 259-8838 to order your tickets. When you place your order, Joanne will arrange a time and place for you to get your tickets. More information on ticket ordering and sales here.
Memberships: You may also buy your 2021 annual membership at $2 per person. Memberships run from Jan 1 to Dec 31. More information on membership here. When joining the club, please provide your address and email. Paid-up 2020 members enjoy a paid-up 2021 membership.
Tables: There will be 8 people per table. If you wish to sit together as a group, please order your tickets at the same time.

Fifty-Fifty raffle will be held. Please, no large bills.

Socials on hold for now
Unfortunately, the September 2020 social is cancelled. The Recreation Department is still requiring social distancing at the rec centers to the extent that we cannot fit enough people in our room to have a social. Also, the Recreation Department has not decided when social distancing protocols will be lifted. So, we’re on hold as a club until the protocols are lifted. The Board doesn’t hold much hope of that happening this year.
Goodbye Charlie and Mary Murray
At the end of last month, Charlie and Mary Murray closed on their house in The Villages. They’re headed for Wisconsin to a new home near their children. We will all miss them.
Charlie’s departure means that our Vice President, Tom Winegarden is now acting president until he can be confirmed at our next meeting…whenever that will be.
What the future may hold
If there are no more meetings until 2021, the Board members’ terms will be expired as we will not have had elections. We are considering may things including continuing the Board through the second month after we’re able to meet again and having elections on the first month we’re able to meet…among other things.

ADVANCE NOTICE: Our Annual Holiday Party will be held on Thursday, December 8th. The price will be under $20.00 per person with the Club supplementing the rest. Please mark your calendars and watch for exciting details coming your way after Trivia Night.
Buy tickets in person: on the front porch of Pimlico Rec Center on Friday, November 4th and Saturday, November 5th, 10:00 – 11:00am. If you are going to be out of town during ticket sale times, call or email Eileen McKinney, 352-751-5824 firstname.lastname@example.org by November 5th to get your tickets.
Tables: Due to the nature of the event, there will be 8 people per table. Seats will be assigned when tickets purchased. If you wish to sit together as a group, you must purchase your tickets at the same time.

Price: $3.00 per member and $4.00 per guest accompanied by a member. Price includes 2 slices of pizza and 1 bingo card
Buy tickets Friday October 7th and Saturday, October 8th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on the front porch of Pimlico Rec Center
- Additional bingo cards may be purchased for $1.00 each.
- 50/50 raffle will be held
- Bring snacks for your table to serve 8. BYOB. The club will provide 2 slices of pizza per person, decaf coffee, iced tea and iced water
- Annual membership dues of $5 per person must be paid before attending any event. Memberships run from January through December each year.
- No tickets or membership will be sold at the door.

Board elections will be in November. Please consider serving your club as a board member. President, Vice President & Secretary are not seeking reelection. Those positions must be filled for the club to exist beyond 12/31/16. We urge you to give this some serious thought!
