New Procedures for 2015

1.  Your 2014 membership ends as of December 31, 2014.  Please update your e-mail  information so you will receive e-mails announcing exciting events for the New Year. Also watch the bulletin board at the mail station and the Recreation News in the Daily Sun for  upcoming event announcements.

2. Good news! Membership dues will remain the same as last year at $5 per person. Remember  your dues  must be paid before attending any event (social/summer golf). The dues are based on a calendar year January 1, 2015 thru December 31, 2015 no matter when paid.
Dues may be paid at the same time and place when you purchase your event tickets (see  announcement  at the end of this message). 

3.  We will no longer be reserving seats in advance but you still can  purchase tickets as a group ((You must purchase them all at the same time)) and we will seat you at a table together. If you do not have a group we will place you at a table when you pick up and pay for your tickets. Seating is based on a limited number of tables  so all seats must be filled.

4. We are no longer be delivering tickets to your home. Tickets and/or membership will be sold at a specific location, date and time. When you purchase your ticket(s), you may select a table.  If you are unable to purchase tickets or pay membership directly you may mail a check (made out to BSC) for the amount of tickets (and membership) to Eileen McKinney, our Secretary, at 2436 Morven Parkway, The Villages Fl 32162 and pick up your tickets/membership receipt the night of the event at the Meet and Greet Table.   No tickets or memberships can be purchased at the door.
