Board Elections

Please bring new unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.
Deposit toys in the receptacles inside our meeting room, not in the lobby!

Admission: $5 per person, guests $7 per person.

Food: BYOB & snacks for your table. Club will provide decaf coffee & water.

Ticket Sales:
ORDER TICKETS by November 7
: Call Joanne Gregory at (352) 259-8838 to order your tickets. When you place your order, Joanne will arrange a time and place for you to get your tickets.

Tables: Due to the nature of the event, there will be 8 people per table. Seats will be assigned when tickets purchased. If you wish to sit together as a group, you must purchase your tickets at the same time.

(Tickets not available after November 2nd nor at the door.)

Fifty-Fifty raffle will be held.

Note: We will be electing your 2020 Board of Directors during this meeting.

There are 4 elected officers of the Belvedere Social Club: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. We already have candidates for each position, but the nominations are not closed. If you would like to run for any of the positions, please click email host@belvedereclub.org and let us know what position you want to run for.

We will also have several other volunteer opportunities available once the new Board is elected. If you would like to be contacted to find out what opportunities are available, please email host@belvedereclub.org to open your email browser and contact the Board.

Note: We will be electing your 2020 Board of Directors during this meeting.

Reminder: As always, to participate in any event your annual membership dues of $5.00 per person must be paid. Membership is from January through December.
