Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt

Cash Prizes: First Place $100, Second Place $50, Third Place $30
- Arrive at Laurel Manor in your golf cart at 5:15pm to receive the scavenger sheet and instructions. Only 2 people per golf cart — no more!
- Proceed to Sumter Landing for the hunt. All answers can be found at Sumter Landing. GPS is OK to use.
- Return to Laurel Manor by 7:15pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm. If you arrive after 7:15, you will be ineligible for a prize.
Admission: $5 per person, guests $6 per guest (with guest id and member).
Food: BYOB. Club will provide dessert, decaf coffee, and water.

Memberships: You may also buy your 2019 annual membership at $5 per person. Memberships run from Jan 1 to Dec 31. More information on membership here. When joining the club, please provide your address and email.
Tables: There will be open seating for the event.
Fifty-Fifty raffle will be held. Please, no large bills.

Food: Chicken sandwich, chips, and cookie from Chick-Fil-A. Bring your own beverage
Cost: Members $10 per member, $11 per guest accompanied by a member. Includes one 50/50 ticket per person. Cost includes 50/50 ticket.
Tickets on sale at Pimlico Recreation Center 10 a.m — 11 a.m, Wednesday, May 3 and Thursday, May 4. Remember, you must be a Club member to participate. 2017 Memberships still available $5 per person.
Instructions and Rules will be distributed when you pick up your tickets.
Tables: Freestyle seating! Will be presenting cash prizes and 50/50 awards.

The event for April will be our “Cash Dash” Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt & Ice Cream (with and without a kick) Social. This is not your typical scavenger hunt – you DO NOT have to collect any items. The tickets are $5/member and $6 guest/member (they will need visitors pass to enter rec center). The entire scavenger hunt will be within the confines of the Village of Belvedere.
Ticket includes all you can eat ice cream from Mystic Frozen Desserts. There will be 2 regular flavors and 2 with a kick flavors (liqueur). Also includes ice tea, lemonade and coffee – plus prizes for first, second, third and fourth place teams. BYOB
When: April 11, 2013
Where: Meet at 5:00pm at Pimlico Pavilion to start and receive clues/instructions and begin hunt. Hunt will end at 6:30pm at Laurel Manor for prizes and ice cream; serving begins at 7pm. Instruction will be given with each ticket and you will work as teams.
Assigning tables of 8 (if you have a group please provide names when reserving table(s). You do not need a group to join the fun we will assign you a seat.)
Selling tickets until Friday March 29th or sold out. NO TICKETS will be sold after this date ( Mystic will not accept a change in headcount as ice cream is made special for our event.)
