Belvedere Social Club

Generally speaking, and avatar is an icon or an image that represents your online personality. They can be photos, cartoons, icons, or other images.

On the Belvedere Social Club site, an avatar is a small image that displays next to your posts on the Discussion Forum (which we have not yet activated). 

When you sign up as a member on this site you have the opportunity to upload a photo of yourself and to upload or choose an avatar. The avatar, as stated above, is your Forums image. The photo is used on the member's page.

You can also change your photo and avatar on the settings page. There's a link to it in the Login menu on the upper right of the screen.
