What: St Paddy’s Pot Luck Supper and Left/Right/Center Social
When: March 8th 6P-8:30P
Where: Laurel Manor Recreation Center.
Cost: Tickets are $1 per member (guest w/member $2).

Here’s the Scoop:
In honor of St Patrick’s day please wear something green (if you like) and bring a green “covered” dish (i.e., entrée, salad, dessert, vegetables, etc.) to serve 8 for all to share.

Decaf coffee, iced tea, lemonade, paper products and plastic ware provided—BYOB.

The group will play the game of Left, Right, Center at 75 cents per game. Bring $3 in quarters to play four games (sorry we cannot provide change).

Tables will consist of 12 players (sorry no putting tables together to keep game fair). If you have a group, provide their names when purchasing tickets. You do not need a group to attend.

Just to give you a heads up……Here are the golf dates for the ”Belvedere Social Club Golf Scrambles” for the summer:

May 2, 16

June 13, 27

July 11

August 8

Sept 5, 26

All are on Wednesdays, and will be held at one of these courses Churchill, Pimlico, or Belmont (to be determined closer to date). No money or names will be accepted until the night of April 12th Belvedere Social.

January Belvedere Derby

Our social for January will be the “Belvedere Derby” (Horse Race).

When: January 12,2012

Where/Time: Laurel Manor 6:00-8:30P

Cost: $1.00 per member (This pays for your race entry card to place bets and will be given out at event).

Details:

Horse bucks $1.00 available for each race (please bring small bills to purchase).
Please bring a snack to share at your table.
Decaf iced tea/coffee and lemonade will be provided

We will starting collecting membership for the 2012 season the first of January. The cost will be $5.00/member and must be paid before attending an event or participating in the summer golf scrambles.

Last Minute Holiday Party Tickets Available

Christmas Party

The Club’s holiday party will be held on Thursday, December 8 at Laurel Manor center 6P- 9P. We will be having a sit down dinner with a choice of Tuscany-Style Chicken breast w/Gouda wrapped in Prosciutto ham in a tomato basil sauce OR Apple-Stuffed Pork loinwith crisp apples and cinnamon bread stuffing in natural pork gravy. Both include a family style tossed salad, rolls, butter and dessert. Coffee and iced tea provided. BYOB (wine glasses will be provided for those bringing wine). Entertainment by Automatic (Amee Reese from Katie Bell’s and her husband, Henry). Tickets $20/member

The group is assigning tables of eight and seating is limited. If you have a group, provide their names and food choice when purchasing tickets, if not, the group will assign you a seat.

Tickets will be sold until November 30th or until sold out.

The Webmaster was getting bored with the old theme for this site, so he changed it. Better eye candy, more legible. By the way, ignore the subsribe RSS in the upper right corner and the two RSS links under Admin Stuff. For some reason they don’t work.
